Privacy Policy

Trading AI's Privacy Policy describes how Trading AI collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use our mobile application available on the Apple App Store. This policy applies globally and has been prepared to comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act and California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), Brazil's Lei Geral de Protecao de Dados (LGPD), Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), the UK GDPR, and other applicable international data protection frameworks. Where multiple frameworks apply, we follow the most protective standard.
What Is Personal Data at Trading AI?
We treat any data that relates to an identified or identifiable individual, or that is linked or linkable to them, as personal data, regardless of where that individual lives. This includes data that directly identifies you, such as your name, as well as data that does not directly identify you but that could reasonably be used to do so. Aggregated and fully anonymized data that cannot be connected to any individual is considered non-personal data for the purposes of this Privacy Policy.
Personal Data Trading AI Collects from You
We strive to collect only the personal data we need. The personal data we collect depends on how you interact with the App.
Chart images and analysis requests. When you use the AI analysis feature, you upload or capture financial market chart images. These images are transmitted to generate the analysis you requested. They are not stored permanently on our servers or any third-party server beyond the time strictly necessary to produce that analysis, and they are never used for any secondary purpose.
Push notification token. If you enable notifications, your device provides a push notification token that we transmit to our service infrastructure solely to deliver notifications to your device, such as letting you know when a chart analysis you started has finished processing. This token is used for delivery only. It is not linked to your identity, is never used for advertising or cross-app tracking, and is removed when it is no longer valid or when you uninstall the App.
Support communications. If you contact us with a question, feedback, or support request, we may collect the content of your message and any contact information you choose to provide.
Technical and diagnostic data. The App does not embed any third-party analytics or crash-reporting software. Limited crash and performance diagnostics may reach us only through Apple's standard, operating-system-level reporting, and only if you have chosen to share diagnostics with app developers in your device Settings. Any such data is provided by Apple in aggregated, anonymized form that does not identify you, and is used solely to maintain the stability and performance of the App.
No usage analytics. The App does not use any third-party analytics tools and does not collect analytics data about how you use the App, such as features accessed, session duration, or behavioral metrics.
Data we do not collect. We do not collect your name, email address, financial account numbers, brokerage credentials, portfolio data, precise geolocation, device contacts, photos or media beyond images you explicitly submit for analysis, biometric data, health data, or advertising identifiers.
You are not required to provide data to us. However, if you choose not to submit chart images, the core analysis feature of the App cannot function.
Why Trading AI Uses Your Personal Data
We use personal data only for the purposes for which it was collected. These include delivering the AI chart analysis you requested, maintaining and improving the performance and security of the App, detecting and resolving technical issues, responding to support requests, preventing misuse or abuse of the service, and complying with applicable legal obligations. We do not use your data for advertising, behavioral profiling, or any purpose not described in this Privacy Policy. We do not engage in automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you.
Our Legal Basis for Using Your Data
For users in the European Economic Area (GDPR). We rely on performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b)) to deliver the analysis you request; legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)) for limited crash and performance diagnostics provided through Apple's standard operating-system reporting, where our interests do not override your fundamental rights; your consent (Article 6(1)(a)) for sharing chart images with third-party AI systems, which you provide by actively submitting an image and may withdraw at any time; and legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)) for disclosures required by law.
For users in California (CCPA/CPRA). We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. California residents have the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information.
For users in other jurisdictions. For users in Brazil (LGPD), Canada (PIPEDA), the United Kingdom (UK GDPR), Australia (Privacy Act 1988), and other jurisdictions with applicable data protection law, we apply equivalent standards of transparency, consent, and data subject rights. The strictest applicable standard governs our practices in all cases.
AI Chart Processing and Third-Party AI Disclosure
Chart images you submit within the App are transmitted to third-party artificial intelligence systems to generate the analysis you requested. In accordance with Apple App Store Review Guideline 5.1.2(i), revised November 13, 2025, we expressly disclose that chart images and associated data you submit for analysis are shared with third-party AI providers for processing. By actively submitting an image for analysis, you provide explicit consent to this data transmission. You may withdraw this consent at any time by ceasing to use the analysis feature.
Images submitted for analysis are:
- used exclusively to generate the output you requested
- not retained on third-party AI servers beyond the real-time processing window
- not used to train or fine-tune any AI model
- not shared with any party other than the designated AI processing provider
- transmitted exclusively over encrypted connections using TLS 1.2 or higher
The AI-generated analysis constitutes informational output only and does not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice of any kind.
Push Notifications and Background Analysis
The App can notify you when a chart analysis has finished, including longer analyses that continue running on secure servers after you leave the App. To deliver these notifications, your device provides a push notification token that we transmit to our service infrastructure for the sole purpose of routing the notification to your device. This token is used for delivery only, is not linked to your identity, and is never used for advertising or cross-app tracking.
When an analysis is processed in the background rather than in real time, both the chart image and the resulting analysis text are held temporarily on secure infrastructure solely so the analysis can be completed and delivered to your device, only until the job is processed, and in all cases for a maximum of 24 hours, after which they are automatically deleted. You can disable notifications at any time in your device Settings, and the App remains fully functional without them.
Trading AI Does Not Share Your Personal Data
We do not sell, rent, license, or trade your personal information to any third party under any circumstances. Personal data may be disclosed only in the following strictly limited situations:
- Service providers acting as data processors: third-party vendors, including AI processing systems and cloud infrastructure providers, who assist in operating the App and are bound by Data Processing Agreements consistent with GDPR Article 28 and equivalent international standards, prohibiting them from using your data for any other purpose.
- Legal obligations: when required to comply with applicable law, regulation, court order, or lawful request from a competent public authority.
- Protection of rights and safety: to protect the rights, property, or safety of the App, its users, or third parties, to the extent permitted by law.
- Business transfer: in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, users will be notified before personal data is transferred and before it becomes subject to a materially different privacy policy.
How Trading AI Protects Your Personal Data
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss, or destruction. These include encrypted data transmission using TLS 1.2 or higher, strict access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel only, regular security assessments and vulnerability monitoring, and data minimization practices ensuring only necessary data is processed.
No method of internet transmission or electronic storage can be guaranteed completely secure. We cannot warrant absolute security of information transmitted through the App.
In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, and will notify affected users without undue delay, as required by GDPR Articles 33 and 34 and equivalent provisions under applicable law.
How Long Trading AI Keeps Your Personal Data
We retain personal data only for as long as strictly necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and to meet our legal obligations:
- Uploaded chart images: for real-time analyses, processed and not retained beyond the analysis request; for background analyses, held transiently on secure infrastructure only until the job is processed, and in all cases no longer than 24 hours, then automatically deleted.
- Background analysis results: stored temporarily for a maximum of 24 hours, solely to deliver a completed analysis to your device, then automatically deleted.
- Push notification token: retained while the App is installed and the token remains valid, for no longer than 120 days, after which it is deleted or refreshed.
- Technical and diagnostic data: retained for a maximum of 90 days, after which it is securely deleted or fully anonymized.
- Support communications: retained for a maximum of 24 months from the date of last contact, then permanently deleted.
Upon expiration of the applicable retention period, all personal data is securely deleted or permanently anonymized such that re-identification is not possible.
Your Privacy Rights at Trading AI
We respect your ability to know, access, correct, delete, and restrict the processing of your personal data. If you choose to exercise these rights, you have the right not to be treated in a discriminatory way. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law, generally 30 days, free of charge.

Relevant authorities include, by way of example: the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) in the United Kingdom, the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertes (CNIL) in France, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) in the United States, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner (OPC) in Canada, and the Autoridade Nacional de Protecao de Dados (ANPD) in Brazil. Children's Privacy
The App is intended exclusively for users who are 16 years of age or older, or such higher minimum age as required for digital consent or contractual capacity in the user's jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect, solicit, or process personal information from anyone below the applicable minimum age. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us immediately at the address below. We will verify the claim and delete any such data without undue delay.

Trading AI provides AI-generated market analysis for informational and educational purposes only. The App is not a regulated financial service. Nothing within the App constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument, security, currency, or asset of any kind in any jurisdiction.
Past market patterns identified by AI analysis are not indicative of future results. All trading and investment activities involve risk, including the possible loss of capital. Users are solely and exclusively responsible for their trading decisions and any resulting financial outcomes. If you require financial advice, please consult a licensed and qualified financial advisor registered with the relevant regulatory authority in your jurisdiction.
International Data Transfers
If data is transferred to or processed in countries outside your country of residence, including countries outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate transfer mechanisms recognized under applicable law. For EEA-originating transfers, these include Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission (Decision 2021/914), adequacy decisions, and other equivalent safeguards recognized under applicable national law. Third-Party Services
The App uses third-party services to support its functionality, namely cloud infrastructure providers and a third-party AI processing system (used to generate the chart analysis). The App does not use any third-party analytics or advertising services. All providers are bound by Data Processing Agreements and are contractually prohibited from using your data for their own purposes, including advertising or model training. Each provider's privacy practices are governed by their respective privacy policies.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and notify you through an in-app notice or other appropriate means before the changes take effect. Where changes require renewed consent under applicable law, we will seek that consent before new processing begins.
